Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or legal guardian consent to use our services. By purchasing, accessing, or using Imperium Digital Services, you agree to these Terms. All information you provide must be truthful and accurate. If you do not agree, do not use our store or services.

Imperium provides digital goods including license keys, custom software, digital downloads, and other virtual products. All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge all purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason including change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility, failure to follow setup instructions, not using the product, loss or sharing of license keys, or risk of bans from using our software.

• In extremely rare cases a refund may be granted at our sole discretion
• If granted: the license will be immediately revoked and access permanently removed
• Abuse of the refund process results in permanent blacklisting

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first is a direct violation of these Terms.

By completing a purchase you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team. If a chargeback is filed after product delivery:

• Your licenses and access will be immediately revoked
• You will be permanently blacklisted from all future purchases, support, and products
• You will receive a permanent hardware ban from the software you have used
• We will submit all evidence to payment processors and may report to fraud databases or law enforcement
• We may pursue legal action to recover damages

All products are for personal use only. You may not share, resell, leak, crack, or distribute them under any circumstances. We reserve the right to revoke your license and access at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious behavior, or misuse.

• No sharing or redistribution of licenses
• No reverse-engineering or cracking software
• No reselling or leaking of any product
• Violations result in immediate permanent ban

We reserve the right to blacklist users for attempted fraud, chargebacks, abuse, harassment, or violation of any part of this agreement. Being blacklisted includes loss of:

• All future purchases
• Past purchases and active licenses
• Technical support and updates

All products are provided as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, product availability, future functionality, compatibility, or continued support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time. If Imperium ceases operation, no refunds or compensation will be given.

By using our services you agree to:

• Not share, resell, leak, or reverse-engineer our software
• Not violate any laws using our products
• Keep your license key secure and private
• Provide truthful and accurate information

Violations result in immediate permanent suspension and blacklisting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium Digital Services is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, revenue loss, downtime, or third-party software issues. Use of our services is entirely at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imperium, its owners, and partners from any legal claims resulting from your use or misuse of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK. Class action lawsuits are strictly waived — all disputes must be handled individually. Before formal action we encourage informal resolution via our support channels.

By using our services you agree we may collect license key, invoice ID, email address, and product metadata to process orders, resolve disputes, and provide support. We do not share your data with third parties except when legally required or involved in fraud resolution. In the event of chargeback fraud we reserve the right to share your data with payment processors, fraud databases, and law enforcement.
