All Sales Are Final
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
Due to the digital nature of our products all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any reason including change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility, or not using the product.
Exceptions
In extremely rare cases a refund may be granted at our sole discretion only. If granted the license is immediately revoked and access permanently removed. This is not a right — it is an exception made entirely at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first is a direct violation of our Terms.
By completing a purchase you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team. If a chargeback is filed after product delivery, your licenses and access will be immediately revoked. You will be permanently blacklisted from all future purchases, support, and products. You will receive a permanent hardware ban from the software you have used. We will submit evidence to payment processors and may report to fraud databases or law enforcement.
